The role at a high level:

You will play a key role in ensuring Digital Transformation projects meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

The Person:

  • Understands major business goals and change priorities.
  • Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders.
  • Creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.
  • Applies a structured methodology in leading change management activities.
  • Supports the design, development, delivery, and management of internal communication plans.
  • Supports the design, development, delivery, and management of training programs.
  • Measures benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
  • Coaches and advises the junior team members.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • A good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Flexible and adaptable, must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • You have at least 4 years of Change Management experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering; a master’s degree in a related discipline is a plus.
  • PROSCI Certification is advantageous.
