Introduction

CloudSource specialises in providing Digital Transformation, Strategy, and Delivery services to Public Sector organisations. Most of our suppliers and contractors are based in the UK.

CloudSource’s Modern Day Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy applies to all persons working for us, or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, agents, contractors, and suppliers.

CloudSource prohibits the use of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

Commitment

CloudSource is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking.

As an equal opportunity’s employer, we are committed to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our staff. We want all our staff to feel confident that they can expose wrongdoing without any risk to themselves and as such the company has an established Whistleblowing Policy which all staff can access alongside all other company policies on the staff Intranet.

Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and are subject to bi-annual DBS checks to safeguard employees and colleagues from any abuse or coercion.

We would never enter business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports, or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

Due to the nature of our business, we assess ourselves to have a negligible risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

Slavery, human trafficking, and child labour

CloudSource is opposed to all forms of slavery, human trafficking, and child labour.

CloudSource would never conduct business with any company or organisation if it were aware they are engaged in any actions that involved slavery, forced or child labour.

CloudSource does not use any personnel convicted of any slavery of human trafficking offenses.

CloudSource will not allow any of its employees or subcontractors to use physical or verbal abuse, the threat of physical or verbal abuse, sexual harassment or intimidation against its employees or subcontractors.

Human Rights

Our Human Rights Policy is posted on the staff intranet together with all other company policies and procedures. It is an annual agenda item for discussion and review. It reflects our commitment to implementing and enforcing effective procedures and controls to minimise the risks of human trafficking and other modern slavery practices infiltrating our business operations and acting ethically and with integrity in all our business activities and relationships.
