We are extremely pleased to announce our recent partnership with Pension Protection Fund.  

The Pension Protection Fund (PPF) is a statutory fund which is accountable to Parliament through the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions. They play a key role in protecting the members by providing an eligible defined benefit pension if an employer becomes insolvent.  

In partnership with Bramble Hub, CloudSource has been awarded a 5-year contract to implement a new Scheme Services Case Management System, built from best–in–class Microsoft technology that will underpin their new ways of working.  

The legacy Scheme Services system has been in-place for many years and was not aligned to today’s process structure which created the perfect business case for PPF to collaborate with CloudSource and analyse, optimise, and rethink the operational flows within their organisation needed to design a system that innovates their pension scheme assessment process.  

Implementation of the new business process will enable PPF to shorten the time spent by employees on case management approvals, increase efficiency of budget tracking and task monitoring. The new Scheme Services system that is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology will empower users to make quicker and more informed decisions through data driven processes that surface deep and relevant insights.   

PPF initially intended to provide improved and more efficient stakeholder experiences and now their long-term vision is to empower their wider business with the Case Management platform functionality.
