At the core of Ofwat’s business was a bespoke, ageing technology that processed Licensing Applications, complaints, Inquiries, and Code Modifications and hosted their register. The ageing technology was disconnected from other line-of-business applications that were critical to their regulatory operations.
Solution
Ofwat partnered with CloudSource to revolutionise their Citizen and Stakeholder Processes from an on-premises solution to the Microsoft Cloud. Leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a citizen-facing Power Platform Portal, we successfully modernised and innovated their core processes.
Outcome
Now firmly established on the new business platform, Ofwat continues to benefit from our expertise, advice and guidance as we expand the platform’s reach across the organisation to drive business value and uphold transparency.
