Chief Executive Officer

Mark Williams is the CEO and founder of CloudSource and is the guiding force behind the company. He provides the overall vision and focus for the company. He is actively involved in business development and setting out the strategic direction of the company and its technology alliances.

Mark formed CloudSource in 2010 after witnessing many client projects fail because their delivery partner lacked the foresight to see the bigger picture of cultural and business change and focused only on the technology and technical debt. With over 17 years of experience leading large teams on complex implementations, Mark used this experience to build a team capable of delivering innovative business solutions, with unrelenting focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Mark’s deep technical and functional knowledge means he is still able to play an active role in advising clients on Digital Transformation Strategy and Governance when needed, ensuring a smooth transition to a new and exciting digitised organisation, whilst bringing the experience that guarantees quality and client success.

Ashish Kapoor

Chief Technology Officer

Ashish Kapoor serves as Chief Technology Officer for CloudSource, where he is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision. Ashish’s roles include providing day-to-day technical direction and leadership for our development, cloud infrastructure, and support teams; as well as being responsible for establishing technical standards and ensuring adherence to them for all project deliveries and company operations.

Ashish has over 15 years of experience working globally in the Information Technology industry as a Consultant and Architect for many medium to large-scale enterprise solutions across varied clients in multiple countries.

With exemplary technology skills that enable him to architect complex solution that encompass Microsoft Azure Services, Business Applications, Data and integrations, he repeatedly astounds our clients.

Having experience across both professional services and government sectors, he is an experienced advisor empowering enterprise organisation on their digital transformation journey. Ashish completed his Masters in Computer Applications in India and moved to the UK in 2010 and has since been working in the market across multiple Dynamics 365 implementations.

Ed Pearce

Chief Delivery Officer

Ed Pearce is the Chief Delivery Officer at CloudSource, where he has full oversight of all client projects, coordinating many specialist workstreams which address multiple business pain points. Ed has 15 years’ experience specialising in large scale transformations through working on multi-million-pound programmes of work across financial services, government, and public sector clients.

He is skilled at assessing complex requirements, analysing risk, and creating understanding that enables stakeholders to make informed decisions. Ed can call on technical experience to both build effective technology solutions and guide the business change around them.

Ed manages a team of highly skilled professionals, inspiring them daily to bring improvements to the CloudSource operations, engage with client and delivery teams to a consistently high standard and ensure that they strive to enhance the client experience with every interaction.

Susannah Williams

Chief Operating Officer

Susannah Williams oversees the Finance and Administrative functions of the company and brings over 10 years’ experience in operational leadership. At CloudSource, she is responsible for administering all our programmes of work, and regularly manages the bid process on large public sector tenders, from RFI stage through to contract.

Susannah has been instrumental in obtaining several ISO registrations for CloudSource and is responsible for regulatory compliance and maintaining Microsoft Partnership and Competencies. She is credited with implementing continuous and measurable improvements to efficiency, quality, staff development and customer satisfaction. Susannah is passionate about staff engagement and strives to build an organisation which truly embodies the CloudSource values – where individuals are respected, encouraged, and supported.

Ozlem Kilavuz

Head of Marketing

Ozlem Kilavuz joined CloudSource in 2021 as Head of Marketing.

With over 17 years of experience managing large-scale marketing and partnership projects at multinational technology companies, Ozlem oversees the marketing function to deliver thought leading, insightful initiatives for public sector organisations.

With her strategy planning, organisation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, Ozlem ensures that our highly skilled commercial team delivers the right product & service information, to the right audience at the right time, through modern, digital channels and impactful industry partnerships.
