Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Social Value Impact at CloudSource

In 2025, we took purposeful steps towards measurable social impact, strengthening our commitment to people, communities, and purpose-led action. Through formal accreditation and hands-on involvement, 2025 marked a shift in how we deliver value beyond business-as-usual.


At the heart of this is HumanWise, our social value framework that combines humanity and wisdom in how we operate, collaborate, and give back.


As a trusted partner to public sector and government organisations, we believe technology should serve the public good and help build fairer, more resilient communities. Social value isn’t an add-on for us; it’s part of our DNA and shapes how we work, lead, hire, and support others.


We are proud to have achieved the Social Value Quality Mark (SVQM) Bronze Award, recognising our commitment to delivering meaningful, measurable impact. More than a badge, SVQM demonstrates that our values are embedded in how we plan, deliver, and measure social value, and are aligned with a nationally recognised standard of quality and transparency.


2025 Highlights: From Purpose to Action


Here are just some of the ways CloudSource brought HumanWise values to life this year:


Community & Charity Engagement

  • We held a charity cake sale to raise funds for Cancer Research, supporting vital research.

  • We joined HandsOn London’s Wrap Up London campaign, donating 30+ coats to help individuals in need stay warm through winter.


Volunteering for Good

  • Teams rolled up their sleeves and volunteered to clean and weed the Phoenix Gardens, contributing to urban green space and community well-being.

  • We dedicated time to supporting the Octavia Foundation by offering meaningful one-to-one engagement with local elderly communities.


Championing Women’s Causes

  • For International Women’s Day, we ran for Women for Women International, an initiative that brought our team together in support and solidarity.


Mentorship and Skills

  • Our senior teams participated in the Mentor Me programme, offering guidance and advice for future female talent.


Fundraising for Impact

  • Team members supported Save the Children with fundraising efforts for Christmas Jumper Day, reinforcing our commitment to humanitarian causes.


These actions show how social value at CloudSource isn’t isolated to one department; it’s part of our culture of contribution and care.

Looking Ahead: Scaling our Social Impact in 2026


Achieving the SVQM Bronze standard was the launchpad for everything we are building next. This accreditation recognises that our commitment to social value is deliberate, evidenced, and aligned with broader expectations for impact and integrity.


As we grow and take on exciting new projects, our commitment to social value will grow with us. In 2026, we are setting the following goals:


  • Scale our HumanWise initiatives with deeper community partnerships

  • Expand our volunteer programmes to connect more colleagues with causes they care about

  • Develop measurable outcomes that tie our tech transformation work to lasting societal benefit through our public sector clients and wider community

  • Progress to SVQM Silver accreditation, continuing our journey toward higher standards of social impact and ethical practice
