Achieving Social Value Quality Mark: Our HumanWise Purpose

We’re proud to share that we’ve achieved the Social Value Quality Mark (SVQM) Bronze Award, a milestone that recognises our commitment to making a positive difference through people, partnerships, and purpose.


This achievement is a reflection of our belief that business can and should be a force for good. Through our HumanWise framework, we’re turning that belief into tangible action by creating value that supports our people, empowers our clients, and strengthens our communities.

Why social value matters to CloudSource


Our purpose has always been to help shape exceptional, accessible public services that truly serve people. Achieving the Bronze Mark demonstrates that our mission goes beyond delivering technical excellence; it’s about doing so ethically, inclusively, and sustainably.


We recognise that our work with public sector organisations is rooted in shared purpose. We partner with organisations that share our values: a belief in equality, wellbeing, and long-term community benefit. Together, we aim to deliver outcomes that not only meet objectives but also make a positive difference to communities.

How we'll get there


Earning the Bronze Award is an important first step, but it’s also the foundation for what comes next. Our journey toward higher accreditation levels is built around continuous improvement and meaningful impact, guided by our HumanWise framework.


Here’s how we’ll continue building on our progress:


1. Championing Wellbeing

We’re fostering a workplace culture that puts people first. Through initiatives focused on mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion, we’re creating an environment where every individual feels supported and valued, both inside CloudSource and across our wider partnerships.


2. Empowering Through Learning

We believe in the power of education to change lives. We’ll continue to invest in skills development, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, supporting our colleagues, clients, and local communities to grow through continuous learning and access to new opportunities.


3. Creating Inclusive Opportunities

Our goal is to open doors for people who might otherwise be overlooked. Through apprenticeship programmes, mentoring schemes, and partnerships with organisations supporting underrepresented groups, we’ll continue to promote fair access to employment and career development.


4. Supporting Local Economies

We’ll strengthen our relationships with small businesses and community enterprises, sourcing locally, collaborating openly, and ensuring our supply chains reflect our shared commitment to inclusive economic growth.


5. Acting Sustainably

Environmental responsibility sits at the heart of how we operate. We’ll continue to implement low-carbon practices, support local environmental projects, and ensure that the technology we deliver is efficient, ethical, and environmentally conscious.
