Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant

The role at a high level

As a D365 Support Consultant at CloudSource, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges, delivering tailored support and solutions utilising Dynamics 365.

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 to troubleshoot issues, log and deal with tickets, perform system updates, and configure solutions to meet client requirements.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, issue resolution, and system changes.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 solutions within our clients' existing systems and processes.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and related technologies, and share your knowledge with the team.

  • Client Training: Provide training and guidance to clients to empower them to make the most of their Dynamics 365 solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong and enduring relationships with our clients, becoming their trusted advisor in all matters related to Dynamics 365.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Support Consultant or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality and configuration.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience with 3rd line support, ticketing systems, and issue investigation.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous.

Location and working style

Our team is based in a vibrant FORA office in Soho, just off Carnaby Street, right in the heart of London. You’ll be working hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office, giving you the best of both flexibility and collaboration.
